Crafted and manufactured by us using 304 stainless 45mm tube, these Big Bore pipes offer improved performance and significant weight savings compared to the stock headers.

By bypassing Triumph’s CAT, these pipes enable unrestricted airflow from the engine, resulting in a richer exhaust tone.

Our TEC marked silencers are equipped with TWO different sets of baffles: ‘Big-Bore’ baffles & ‘High-Flow’ baffles, providing easy customization of your sound.

Please be aware – You MUST indicate in the notes of your order (during checkout) if your bike has a centre stand installed. We will then ship it with the appropriate fitting kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE – On these models, these headers & silencers can only be installed as a full system due to the specified models using a different frame. It is not possible to install only the headers or only the silencers. Similar slip-on silencers are available for the Street Twin/Cup only (please refer to our other listings).

Gaskets and fitting instructions are included for a hassle-free installation.

NOTE – On pre-2020 models, you can leave the Cat unit in place (but not connected) this allows a much quicker and easier fitting. Otherwise, the left lower frame rail needs to be loosened to allow the Cat to be removed.  We have a YouTube video showing how to remove the cat unit.

From 2021 Triumph has introduced new Euro 5 models and have started phasing in anti-tamper, welded on rear link pipes to the Cat unit on some models. If this is the case on your bike the Cat unit will have to be removed before installing the system.

THIS SYSTEM IS NOT TUV APPROVED OR E-MARKED.  As this system has no catalytic converter, it cannot be marked TUV approved. Silencers are laser marked EU noise legal only.
