Do you actually have all the parts in stock?
Yes, everything we list for sale will be on the shelves in our CA warehouses (we have two) unless of course it is shown as out-of-stock or back-ordered
We do not take your payment and then order the parts…
Do you offer warranty on your parts?
We’re really confident in our products, so we offer a full 12-month warranty on every part. If something goes wrong, just send it back, and we’ll replace it for you.
What is your shipping policy?
We usually send out orders within a couple of days, but there’s no guarantee, especially during busy times when it might take up to seven days. Delays are more likely during summer or when we have Sales.
We use UPS or USPS ground shipping for different products, and reserve the right to change shipping between the two as we see fit
If you have opted for expedited shipping your Order jumps to the front of the line, otherwse it is processed in the order received
Do you offer local pick-up?
We do not have a bricks-and-mortar retail store and our warehouses are not open to the public.
If you are in the SF bay area and would have liked to pick-up in person, contact us so we can discuss alternatives
What is your returns policy?
Any unused part in as-new condition can be returned for a refund, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. This is based on the idea that we can sell it again as new
If the part is faulty we will usually replace it, or in other circumstances, pay the return shipping and refund the total paid – purchase price plus shipping.
If it is being returned because you have changed your mind, or just don’t like it, we will not pay the return shipping and the refund will be limited to the purchase price paid for the item
You do need to contact us first. Please don’t just ship the part back.
Do you offer Dealer discounts?
Yes. if you are a genuine motorcycle dealer or repair shop we offer a generous discount scheme. Please contact us for details.
Sorry to guys who work on bikes in their Mom’s garage as that’s not going to cut it
If you are a legitimate business in California and can provde us with your Reseller’s Permit we do not need to charge Sales Tax
What is your phone number?
We are an entirely on line business.When we started up we had a phone, but ended up spending far too much time on it, so today we do not.
The reason is prices – the prices you pay for our products. These would have to noticably increase to fund the wage and benefits package we would need to offer an additional member of staff who would be required to man (or woman) the phones .
Shock Absorbers - Is the price per pair?
All shocks are priced per pair. So all listings on our site are for two shock absorbers.
Parts - The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
We aim to have everything in stock, but sometimes there’s a high demand. We work hard to restock quickly, usually within a few weeks, but it can take longer sometimes.
