To make sure we can handle requests quickly and keep up with demand, please keep your messages short and only ask questions about TEC products.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the time to answer questions about general bike maintenance or suggest other products. You can find answers to these questions on various on line forums and groups.

Dispatch times are subject to delays, it may take a few days to ship your order depending on just how busy we are.  You will receive notification when we generate a shipping label. This does NOT mean it has actually been shipped. Please use the tracking information provided for the current status of the shipment. Note: there is sometimes a delay of up to 24 hours between the shipper receiving the package and the tracking detals updating – particularly so in the case of USPS

If you need to make an urgent amendment to an order that has been placed, such as needing a change in the order or the ship-to address, send us an email with URGENT in the subject line.

Whilst we work closely with our friends at TEC in the UK, we do not share systems. That means they know nothing about your order and have no means to access information to assist you. So PLEASE do not bother them with questions about your order. They are very busy dealing with their own customers and all they are going to be able to do is forward your email to us
