TEC Big Bore Front Pipes – Speed Twin 1200 and Thruxton 1200 models

Our Big Bore pipes enhance your bike’s responsiveness while significantly reducing weight compared to the stock headers.

Crafted and engineered by us from 304 stainless 45mm tube, these pipes completely bypass Triumph’s CAT, allowing unrestricted airflow from the engine and resulting in a deeper exhaust note.

Compatible with any silencers, including OE silencers, designed for stock front pipes, they offer versatility in customization.

Additionally, they are available as part of a full system named the “Dueller,” offered at a discounted price when purchased with our slip-on silencers.

Gaskets are included for seamless installation.

Please note that on pre-2020 models, you can leave the Cat unit in place (though not connected) for quicker and easier fitting. However, on newer Euro 5 models introduced by Triumph from 2021, some bikes may feature anti-tamper welded rear link pipes to the Cat unit. If this applies to your bike, the Cat unit must be removed before installing the system.

It’s important to highlight that this system is not TUV approved or E-marked. Due to the absence of a catalytic converter, TUV approval cannot be obtained. Silencers are laser-marked as EU noise legal only.
