Upon thorough examination of the Royal Enfield stock air-box setup, we identified significant restrictions, primarily stemming from a combination of a small air-intake plate and a restrictive paper-type air-filter.

In response, we’ve collaborated with DNA filters, renowned for their performance air-filter manufacturing, to develop a solution. Our kit includes a washable high-performance filter designed to endure the bike’s lifespan with proper maintenance, along with a high-flow air intake filter retaining plate to secure the filter in place.

This combination substantially enhances airflow and efficiency. According to performance data from DNA’s state-of-the-art air-flow test bench:

– OEM Air Filter Air Flow: 42.40 CFM
– DNA Air Filter Air Flow: 60.40 CFM
– DNA Increased Air Flow: +42.46%
– DNA Filtering Efficiency: 98-99%

Not only does this kit optimize performance, but it also eliminates the need for frequent purchases of expensive air filters during bike servicing.

Supplied pre-oiled and ready for use, our air filters undergo rigorous dyno testing with various exhaust configurations to ensure safe air flow ratios in all scenarios, without the need for re-mapping.

While the filter and plate are available separately, we highly recommend using them together for optimal results. Our collaboration comes highly recommended by both TEC and DNA, underscoring its effectiveness when paired with the DNA service kit.
